If during the inspection the technician finds that a part or component needs to be repaired or replaced, it will be noted as a recommendation on your invoice. You are under no obligation to have Pilchuck Heating make the repair or replace the part.
If during the inspection it is found that any heat exchangers are cracked, the technician will be required to to shut the system down and contact your local gas provider. This is for your safety and the safety of your family, and to protect Pilchuck Heating from liability in the case of carbon monoxide poisoning, and or fire.
