What to expect on your install day:
Our lead installer will go over your install paperwork with you, which will include;
Your Proposal - Our lead installer will go over your proposal with you and have you verify the equipment that they will be installing. They will then have you sign and date the proposal.
Your Payment Outline - Our lead installer will go over the payment terms of your contract and have you sign and date.
Our lead installer will go over what the steps are going to be for removing your old equipment and installing your new equipment.
Our lead installer will answer any questions that you may have before they begin.
If at any point you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask the installers, at any time.

Our lead installer will verify with you that they have completed your installation and will walk you through your new system's features, functions and thermostat.
Our lead installer will verify that the jobsite is cleaned up.
Our lead installer will go over their final paperwork with you, which will include;
Final checklist - Our lead installer will go over the final checklist with you that verifies that everything is done, up and running and cleaned up. It also covers that all paperwork, warranties, maintenance agreements, rebate forms and filter changes have been explained to you.
Rebate Forms - (if applicable) Our lead installer will make sure that you have any applicable rebate forms.
Warranty Paperwork - (if applicable)
Invoice and final payment - Our installers will have the final bill for you upon completion. It can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. Alternately an invoice can be emailed to you which can be paid via Paypal.
Pilchuck Heating terms state that invoices must be paid in full to your installers at time of start up. We will not leave your equipment running without full payment.
